"I had a phenomenal experience of amazing customer service. I had a hit & run incident happen to me, so I had to use my insurance to cover the damages. Jonas went way beyond his time to help me & make phone calls to follow up on my case . I was very grateful for his over time ,the following up with car rental & even calling me to make sure that I was getting the BEST deal out of a bad situation.
