"I went from a small State Farm office which was amazing they treated you with respect and dignity. After the agent retired I was moved to this big State Farm office. The Staff is young and tell you to do it yourself on the app. Check your email they say. So tired of them. You call and they say someone will call you back tomorrow. I’m looking to moving back to a small State Farm office."
